Packaged as atarist-font in signed commit github.com/htayj/guix-channel@21681af95c. The build corrects the malformed BDF header from CHARS 324 to the actual 322 glyph records, validates it with bdftopcf, and installs both BDF and generated PCF forms. Fontconfig identifies the installed Atarist Regular 8x16 font; lint and build pass.
