Implemented and published in signed commit 0e1b2a61984bd6c196bf9d780d32859bac230e1d.

Evidence:

Packages v0.6.6 from its exact immutable historical Go module graph rather than drifting current Guix module versions.
The complete production graph builds offline; all 26 source origins were hash-verified and 38 dependency notices are installed. YAML v2 correctly records its Apache-2.0 and MIT/Expat portions; the application is GPL-3.0-only.
Real output: /gnu/store/famir6kdfrnga6ms3ww29ign350b0rvd-go-mud-0.6.6.
Reproducibility build, focused no-network lint, and package tests passed.
Fresh-HOME PTY/loopback smoke verifies UTF-8 rendering and synchronized Telnet DO/WILL TTYPE plus TTYPE SEND/IS GoMud. It contacts no public MUD.
Upstream implements plain TCP only; this package makes no TLS claim.
Independent review passed.
