Package reproducible PlatformIO firmware for the declared Teensy target while excluding checked-in generated .pio-backup products. Resolve SmartMatrix, simpleRPC, temperature, AnimatedGIF, and GifDecoder dependencies and test against the documented LED/SD hardware boundary. No explicit upstream license is recorded.
