Scope
Package the independently playable roguelike from source. The canonical repository, latest stable release, source hash, complete dependency closure, and relationship to parent games or sibling forks must be established before implementation. Do not substitute an opaque prebuilt binary.

Canonical upstream is https://github.com/igroglaz/Tangaria at immutable revision bb320f8ceea491f46f05aa285b3bd6f7bcfd2e86 (the repository's maintained default branch is dev; git ls-remote showed no stable release tags, and the GitHub repository metadata reports no license). The source is plausibly Guix-buildable from Autotools/C metadata: autogen.sh plus configure.ac, GNU make, a C compiler, and selectable curses/SDL front ends; no .gitmodules or language registry was present. The request is blocked on redistribution evidence: at this exact revision the root tree has no LICENSE, COPYING, or NOTICE, while docs/copying.rst only states inherited PWMAngband GPLv2-or-Angband terms and broad claims for sounds and fonts. lib/fonts/Makefile installs AnonymousPro, Cousine, IBMPlexMono, JetBrainsMono, RobotoMono, SourceCodePro, Tangaria, UbuntuMono, and a woff asset in addition to legacy .fon files, but docs/copying.rst identifies only three legacy font authors and provides no per-font upstream origin/license or notice. The same document's blanket CC BY 4.0 statement for Dubtrain does not establish exact provenance and redistribution grants for the checked tree's large OGG/MP3 sound and voice collection, nor do the repository materials separately license Tangaria-authored code, icons, maps, documentation, and bundled binary/dependency origins. The local channel has no Tangaria or igroglaz equivalent. Unblock only after upstream publishes or supplies an authoritative, revision-pinned license/provenance manifest covering Tangaria code and every shipped asset/dependency (including each font and sound origin, exact license, attribution, and redistribution permission), plus a release/revision intended for redistribution; then define the Guix package's excluded Windows binaries, native inputs, and runtime/state wrapper from that manifest and verify the source build and isolated smoke contract.
