- SKILL.md: triggers, template, critical rules, validation checklist
- references/: package anatomy, build systems catalog, G-expression guide,
  channel setup, packaging workflow, phase cookbook
- examples/: gnu-hello (autotools), python-package (pyproject), binary-package
  (copy-build-system + patchelf), channel-module (custom channel boilerplate)
- scripts/validate-skill.sh: self-test for completeness

Updated marketplace.json, README.md, and INDEX.md.

    • Build CLIM applications on McCLIM with the CLIM 2 spec as semantic ground truth.
    • Covers the practical app-building workflow and the full CLIM 2 feature surface as a minimum.

    • Build Common Lisp terminal applications with Croatoan.
