Dependency-tree-driven packaging pass resolving top-100 priority BLOCKED packages.

63 packages resolved (recipes written, compat aliases created, or already resolved)
37 packages remain BLOCKED with updated, detailed reason codes
Total BLOCKED: 6640 → 6555 (-85)
Total DONE: 2127 → 2213 (+86)

Resolved packages include:

7 compat aliases (doas, qt5-connectivity, qt5-scxml, python-sse-starlette, etc.)
16 Python packages (python-art, sqlite-utils, python-inquirerpy, python-urllib3-future, etc.)
