Resolve 30 packages previously marked BLOCKED with NEEDS_RECIPE_DESIGN
5 binary packages with real hashes + patchelf (ferris-scan-bin, sabiql-bin, ffsend-bin, mouse-actions-gui-bin, endcord)
13 source stubs with real downloaded hashes (clightd, udiskr, docx-you-want, lswt, nemu, podman-tui, wireview-linux, codexbar, logibar, claudebar, op-cache-git, fw-fanctrl-rs-git, mkbrr-gui-bin)
12 replacement stubs for packages that already had definitions elsewhere (boomer-git, gram-editor-bin, bapctools-git, hurrycurry-server, jellything-git, keks-meet-server, pixora-icons-git, ipmctl-git, we-layerd-git, archivebox, synergy3-bin, uac-polkit-agent-git)
Removed 19 conflicting stubs from queue-20260325p100e.scm
Updated packages.scm with module + 30 exports

Binary packages (15): lazytail-bin, funzzy-bin, framework-control-bin, mezzotone-bin, console2svg-bin, workz-bin, omp-manager-bin, tmux-plugin-panel-bin, pandoc-crossref-bin, wrkflw-bin, dpibreak-bin, weylus-bin, tufw-bin, chough-bin, dafny-bin

Source packages (6): lobster, q5k-usb-udev, libmodule, python-aiohttp-jinja2, pricehist, ddccontrol-db

Stubs with metadata (9): qxmledit, spinwheel-pipewire, yewtube-bin, dpibreak-git, swhook, compendium, gnix, szsol-rs, adbfs-rootless

All 30 pass guix build -L guix -n dry-run. Placeholder stubs removed from 3 queue/cron modules.
