Automated dependency-tree-driven packaging pass (deptree-resolver-260407).

Rebuilt blocked dependency tree from AUR cache (6,548 BLOCKED packages)
Selected top 100 packages by priority sort (blocked_dep_count asc, reverse_dep_count desc, total_dep_count asc)
86 packages resolved as DONE: 63 had existing recipes from prior passes, 23 new recipes created
14 packages remain BLOCKED with exhaustive 3-approach attempt histories
