 Improve LTTS workspace UX, accessible dialogs, and compact exports 
Separate searchable rules reference from definitions management; add activation confirmations, responsive Arsenal filtering, and contextual compact roster views.

Preserve drafts and guide invalid-field focus in viewport-safe dialogs. Default text exports to compact output with independent detail/reference options, add regression coverage, and document verified local UX rollout.
